Gnocchi Workshop

Saturday 17th August

6pm - 8.30pm

Learn how to make real Italian gnocchi using the quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and some great tips to help you recreate at home.

Together we will make 2 types of Gnocchi:

• Potato Gnocchi

• Ricotta Gnocchi

And 2 beautiful sauces:

• Tomato Sugo

• Gorgonzola

Enjoy the gnocchi you have made with a complimentary glass of wine. You will also be able to take home a batch of potato gnocchi that you made to share with friends and family.

You will leave with your own copy of recipes for all the dishes prepared as well as the confidence to prepare these dishes at home.

Goodie bags are available to purchase on the day.

What to bring: Home cooking stories, a few food jokes, and your favourite apron (we do have aprons if you forget yours).

Appropriate for: Everyone! No previous cooking experience required.

The dishes in this class are vegetarian. If you have any dietary requirements just let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
