Sicilian cuisine is influence from everyone who has occupied it’s fertile land from Greek flavours, the Romans, Arabs, French then Spanish and the new world.  Aperitivo is a cultural ritual, meant to ‘open the stomach’ before your meal.

Chef Adam will be cooking a seasonal Sicilian menu that can be easily replicated at home for your own aperitivo, or as wonderful additions to your meals.

Small Axe workshops are interactive demonstrations run in our fully equipped commercial kitchen in Brunswick. Our workshops are informal and fun with small group sizes between 8 and 12 people.

Enjoy a spritz (the perfect aperitivo beverage) with the beautiful dishes, you will then leave with your own copy of recipes for all the dishes prepared as well as the confidence to prepare these dishes at home.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Goodie bags are available to purchase on the day.
