Fresh and aromatic, with more flavour and texture than you might expect.

Picked at optimum ripeness for balance between flavour and natural acidity, and quickly pressed off skins to maintain freshness and purity of fruit. Fermented on full solids and matured on lees which builds additional flavour and texture into the wine. This method of winemaking forms what we believe to be the distinction between the Pinot Grigio style (which is more austere) and Pinot Gris which is more generous.

Nose // White flower petals and pear skin.

Palate // spiced ginger, pear skin and a hint of stone fruit, with bright acidity creating a fresh, dry finish.
