Get a Grip An insanely delicious skin-contact Vermentino, is bound to convert even the biggest skeptics of the style. After soaking the juice with the skins for 8 days or so, the wine is pressed off into the tank and left to finish its fermentation naturally. There’s no malo-ferment here, keeping the natural acidity really high and bracing.

You can expect a tonne of the peachy stone fruit goodness that we all love from Vermentino, but the freshness is what we all come back for. This is such a seductive wine.

Planted in 2010, there’s some real age-benefits coming through in the vineyard, transferring to the wines’ complexity. The balance of natural freshness, fruit-flavour development and wonderfully ripe skins makes this a joy to grow, make and of course, drink.
